Grounds Maintenance

  • Spring Cleanups - Includes Power raking, mowing, trimming and bagging turf areas. Flower/mulch beds cleaned of debris. Hard surfaces blown clean. This service is done soon after the snow melts and the ground has dried some.
  • Lawn Care - This service provides weekly service that includes mowing, trimming and bagging turf areas. Hard surfaces blown clean. For best results, Spring and Fall clean-ups are strongly recommended.
  • Fertilizing Program - Keep your lawn looking its greenest. Call for details.
  • Bark Mulch - We have a wide variety of types and colors available. Our pricing includes Bark Mulch, Delivery and installation.
  • Weeding - We can maintain mulch beds and other areas with hand weeding.
  • Pruning/Trimming - Available for hedges, plants and trees. Keep your landscape looking its best!
  • Winterize- Prepare your turf for the cold winter months with a top dressing of organic compost. Kick it up a notch and add core aeration.
  • Fall Cleanups - Remove all harmful debris before the snowfall. We collect and haul away leaves, needles etc., mow bag and trim turf. Hard surfaces blown clean
  • Edging- Have us cut in new edges or re-edge existing ones. all edges are cut in with hand tools. Price includes clean-up of edging debris. Please contact us to quote out your job.

Other maintenance items:

  • Dethatching - remove thatch build-up from turf areas. Perfect before overseeding.
  • Core Aeration - Removes small plugs of soil, about ¾” x 2-3”. Relieves compaction and allows oxygen and nutrients to penetrate soil. Perfect before overseeding.
  • Overseeding - Promote thick healthier grass. We broadcast spread premium grass seed over existing turf areas with special preparations.
  • Lawn repair - We can repair damaged and suspect areas with loam and seed.
